TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


  2. All prices are stated exclusive of GST, delivery charges and in Australian Dollars.
  3. Payment of orders is at check out on our website and must be received prior to delivery of goods.


  4. These payments are made via a secure payments service. We accept online payments from major card types, including:

    • Mastercard® and VISA®
    • Credit, scheme debit and prepaid cards
    • Digital wallet payments e.g. Apple Pay and Google Pay


    5. We reserve the right to vary prices at any time.

    Freight is charged on all delivery’s ex warehouse at buyers’ expense and is based on a % of the value of goods sold. For locations deemed remote by carriers and for orders over $3000 we may quote based on the size and weight of the order inclusive of pallet charges.

    The freight charge is for one delivery only, during business hours. If the courier is required to wait more than 15 minutes or redeliver goods, this will be charged to the customer. You agree to goods being delivered during business hours. 

    Where a customers order is left unattended upon delivery, we accept no liability for any loss or theft of the goods once they have been delivered to the specified location.

    Freight companies are engaged on behalf of our customer, and their terms and conditions will apply to all consignments. We do not offer insurance on freight. Goods are packaged at a commercially acceptable level and we will not be responsible for goods damaged in transit. Customers are welcome to use their own freight provider and arrange their own insurance.

    Goods can also be collected from the warehouse in Boronia.

    Backorders are recorded and supplied when available.

    Stock is supplied on a first in/first out basis. As stock levels change quickly there are instances when stock is no longer available even though it was available when ordered.

    Credits issued are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. After this period, any unused credit will expire and will no longer be redeemable

    Any alterations to orders once processed might incur extra charges (as we use 3rd party logistics), these charges will be passed onto the customer.

    Shipping Policy

    All orders are usually dispatched 2-5 working days from receipt of payment.

    During peak periods there may be some delay.

    Returns Policy

    All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or a credit.

    Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

    If you change your mind, we are under no obligation to accept return of goods, even if they are in saleable condition.

    If you receive a faulty product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving goods and provide a clear photo of the issue. Once assessed, we will either replace the item or issue a credit for the faulty unit. If a refund is deemed the only option, then it will be provided using your original payment method.

    By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.

    If you can’t provide proof of purchase, we cannot return your product for a credit or refund.

    To qualify for a refund or exchange:

    ·       A photo is included with your claim within 7 days of receiving goods

    ·       The item is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

    ·       The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or

    ·       The product does not match the sample or our description; and

    ·       You can present adequate proof of purchase
